Overview

A leisurely - almost flat - 5.5 mile walk to start the New Year. Mostly on firm surfaces, but could be muddy in places.

About 2.5 hours actual walking - with opt out possible at lunchtime for Morden station (Northern line).

Route: Wandle Trail via Morden Hall Park.

Lunch:  National Trust café in Morden Hall Park.

Meet at Carshalton station (Zone 5) at 10.45.

Travel: Victoria 10.10/Clapham Junction 10.17 (Dorking train - arr 10.38) or Blackfriars 10.06 (Sutton train - arr 10.43).

Finish: Colliers Wood station (Zone 3 - Northern line)
