Route: North from the station to Hamberts Farm, then Edwin's Hall Farm, Woodham Ferrers village, RHS Hyde Hall, Willow Tree Farm, Saffron Trail past East Hanningfield Farm and on to East Hanningfield, lunch; East via Hounds Hill Farm and Quilter's Farm then across fields to Crows Lane, footpath past Brazils to Hollands Farm, tarmac past Charity Farm to Stow Maries Aerodrome, after Hawe's Wood follow footpaths and lanes via Bushy Hill back to station.
Lunch Stop: East Hanningfield (after 9km/5.6 miles) ‐The Folly Pub & Bistro (https://www.thefollybistro.co.uk/).
Meet at South Woodham Ferrers Station at 11.05.
Travel: Liverpool Street 10.13/Stratford 10.20/Wickford 10.51 - Southend Victoria train - changing at Wickford to 10.55 Southminster train arr South Woodham Ferrérs at 11.03.
