From Reeth we take the Langthwaite road then the footpath across fields to West Raw Croft Farm where we cross over Arkle Beck and have our coffee stop. We then follow the beck to High Fremington and down to the Swale where we will have our lunch stop. We take the river path to Grinton and it's back to Reeth via the Swing Bridge and Healaugh

There are 2 easy cut off points on this walk. One at Grinton and one after we cross the Swing Bridge
There are toilets at Reeth and Grinton
After walk refreshments will be at the Bike Shop Grinton
