Overview

Meet at Clay Bank car park entrance and walk eastwards up the Cleveland Way for a short distance before turning right to follow a moorland track south ( with views of Bilsdale). Follow a wide track to rejoin the Cleveland Way near Round Hill, then continue to Ingleby Incline. Hopefully we will have views of the valley below as we descend the steep track. Follow field path to new and old Sheepfold farms before climbing uphill in the woods to return to the cars. Field, moorland and forest tracks , which may be boggy in places. Some road walking, one stile and a steep descent down Ingleby Incline.
