We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A walk through Bentley Wood, then passing through Middle and West Winterslow, returning via Hound Wood and Farley. A mixture of woodland and open countryside with lovely views, using footpaths, tracks and country lanes.
Some walking along field edges with long grass, so long trousers may be preferred if wet. No major inclines.
Bring a picnic lunch, drinks and snacks as required, including plenty of water.
Please let the leader know you are coming as we may set off early if all known walkers have arrived.
