This walk is a gem, a real discovery. It goes through the Swainswick Valley north of Bath, before climbing up onto Solsbury Hill. The views throughout are outstanding and there is human interest in terms of villages, churches and graves of the rich and famous. In Bailbrook, for example, we find not only a ‘listed’ tin church but also a former licenced tea and coffee house.
Please note: the Finish Time is an estimate and may vary.
Booking is essential. Please TEXT the walk leader to book a place. There will be a limit on numbers due to both potential parking issues and some road walking, albeit on quiet narrow lanes.
