Overview

We will walk towards Broom Hall and Raffin Green, weather permitting this will give us good views. We will pass a gothic inspired house and Datchworth Church before reaching Datchworth Green. Walking to Gover’s Green we will pass through interesting gates to reach Back Lane. Turning off Back Lane we walk back towards Watton at Stone, again hopefully with good views. We will then have a chance to return to the start, making a 6.5 mile walk or we can continue on past Watton Church to walk back through the centenary wood and Lammas Lands to the East of Watton at Stone.
