Meet in Appledore Village Hall free car park, The Street, Appledore. Our route will leave the village following the Saxon Shore Way to Stone in Oxney from where we’ll head down across the Royal Military Canal and cross low-lying farmland to Fairfield Church before returning to Appledore along an old sea wall.
Bring your own packed lunch – there will be a stop en route. Further refreshments are available at the end of the walk – pub or tea room.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, but you may need to lift them over some stiles.
