Overview

A good walk for the winter time with only a little field walking otherwise on good tracks and minor roads along the River Ure across Jervaulx Park to Kilgrim Bridge and then Thornton Steward. Lunch in the village hall here(tea and coffee making facilities, under cover, toilet.) Please bring some small change to pay for tea, coffee and facilities. Interesting history at Jervaulx, Kilgrim Bridge and in the village and its church
