We are the Rushcliffe Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk is BOOKABLE UP TO 20 PEOPLE. It starts by Kinoulton Village Hall with parking along the side of the road. We walk through the village then across fields to Colston Bassett. From there we go north west and have lunch in the grounds of a ruined church. We carry on through fields and along a quiet road, then back to Kinoulton along the Grantham canal.
Please let the leader know if you want to bring a dog, which has to be kept on a lead for the walk.
Please bring a packed lunch and also plenty to drink as it could be a hot day. Also make sure you have a sun hat, sunglasses and sun protection cream, all important now climate change is bringing hotter summers. There are no toilets on the route, unfortunately. There is a pub in Kinoulton, the Nevile Arms, which will be open for a drink afterwards.

Kinoulton is a long village and the main road through is called Main Street. Kinoulton Village Hall is on the left of Main Street if you are going west. Please park on the pavement outside the hall where there is plenty of parking space.
