We are the East Hertfordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for a walk starting in Great Hormead and then following paths through farmland and woodland to the attractive village of Furneux Pelham. From there, the walk goes through the attractively named area just outside the village, The Mumble Jumble - any explanations as to why will be gratefully received! - before joining the Hertfordshire Way to Little Hormead and then back to where we started. Good panoramic views, particularly looking westwards on our way to Little Hormead and the atmospheric St Mary's church sitting proudly on the hilltop.
Refreshments available at The Three Tuns PH in Great Hormead at the end of the walk.
Meet outside The Three Tuns PH in Great Hormead. Please park considerately in the village and NOT in the pub car park.
