Overview

Walking from Leg Mutton CP, Yelverton we take the cycle track as far as Horrabridge, and then once through the village we make our way by fields, tracks, lanes and moorland to Middlemoor and Whitchurch, and ending our walk at Anderton Layby. One  long gradual uphill climb and expect some mud.

Parking available at either end of the walk but more space at the end (Anderton Layby). Those who want to park at Anderton Layby and then make their way by bus to the start of the walk at Yelverton, please catch the bus at Anderton Layby (Bus leaves Tavistock bus station 09.40). If you park at Yelverton your bus journey will be after the walk from Anderton layby.

We will have one stop for a coffee break. Please bring a snack and a drink.

 Walk  leader will meet you at Leg O'Mutton at the start of the walk.
