A 12 mile walk from Harold Wood to Chigwell along the London Loop. Normally the London Loop is done clockwise but this walk will be anti clockwise. We walk through Havering Country Park (with its giant Sequoia trees).
We pass the site of Havering Palace - a royal palace - the Round House and Water Tower.
We will stop at Hainault Country Park , which has public toilets.
Due to the recent rain the route is very likely to be muddy as this walk is mainly rural and we go through a lot of fields.
Please bring a packed lunch.
