We are the Pontypool Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular with panoramic views in all directions. We start with a steady climb across the southern flank of Mynydd Twyn-glas with views over the Bristol Channel to the Mendips. The rest of the walk is mainly level, skirting the tops of valleys on the western side of Mynydd Mean with views towards the Brecon Beacons. The final stage of the walk is high above Cwmbran with views over Monmouthshire, descending to the top of Blaen Bran Community Wood.
