Part of Sherwood Forest that you may not have seen, this walk begins with a Free Car Park that is easy to find at Ransom Wood. Venturing through forestry, we proceed toward Sherwood Pines and for coffee, some should be able to find a boulder to use as a seat. By lunchtime, we should reach a collection of boulders that will provide ample seating for all. We should then be returning to base camp for around 2.30pm.
