Overview

From the car park we will take the steep descent into the Hole of Horcum walking past Low Horcum, past Dundale Griff, and up through the woods on Levisham Brow. Walking through Levisham we take a path to the left of the village that descends steeply in the direction of Levisham station affording fine views over the Moors. There follows another steep ascent up to Dundale Pond and then north on an elevated path on the Moors back to the Hole of Horcum.

There are ascents and descents on this fine walk, and some rough paths,. But the rewards will be a great day out offering fine views
