We are the East Hertfordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

This walk loops north from the village via the golf course towards Essendon, then west to Bayford Hall, then back via Stratton tower to the village. There is the excellent Emmie Murphy's village shop and the welcoming Five Horseshoes pub in Little Berkhamsted available for refreshments and relaxation.
This is a joint group walk between East Herts Ramblers and Royston Ramblers.
The end times of our walks are approximate. Our walks are relaxed affairs where weather, ground conditions, people we meet along the way, views, nature and wildlife can all affect the time a walk might take. So please bear this in mind when joining us on one of our walks.
Park considerately in the village and meet at St Andrew's Church for the start of the walk.
