Overview

An enjoyable and interesting walk in Amber Valley visiting Holloway with Hard-Labor, Lea and Dethick. Easy walking along the Cromford Canal towpath coupled with some steep climbs which are rewarded with wonderful views. Beautiful countryside with natural history and local heritage features. Towards the end, the route passes close to the Nightingales country retreat, Lea Hurst. 

There will be two stops, one for a coffee break and the second for lunch. Please bring a packed lunch.
