From Thorner we make our way over several fields to reach the perimeter of Bramham Park. We then enter the Park and follow the long track around the southern edge to emerge alongside the A1 motorway, we cross over the road bridge and make our way down into the village of Bramham where we will stop for a lunch break. After the break we will re-cross the motorway, re-enter Bramham Park and follow the northern perimeter path before turning off and making our way through the woods to reach Kennel Lane which we follow back into Thorner.
The walk is mainly over fields/ farmland and wooded areas with some road walking involved. Weather dependant some areas may be quite muddy in places so walking poles would be quite useful. Refreshments after the walk will be at the Mexborough Arms P.H. on the main street.
