Overview

Walking from the car park down through the woods and along passing the ornamental lakes. Continue on main bridleway to the M1 underpass. Pass by the Service station and follow the pathway around Skelton Lake. On the way back we will stop at the Service Station for a picnic lunch. There are hot/cold drinks available for purchase and there are also toilets. After lunch we pass back over the M1 taking great care to observe the green cross code! We then follow the bridleway back through Temple Newsam country Park passing the House, Walled Garden and Courtyard Cafe where the walk finishes.
