Overview

We will walk parallel with the disused railway line to Glasshouses. From here we walk up to and across Lupton Bank, continuing up the road until we reach  track  on the left. We follow this track, crossing another minor road until we reach what used to be the saw mill. From here, we walk up through the fields out onto the moor. We follow the boundary wall across the moor until we reach another minor road. Again, we follow the road, then turning off  on tracks which eventually bring us  down to the ruined church and back into Pateley Bridge.
