Welcome to Capital Walkers, the friendly London Ramblers group for people aged 40+. We walk every weekend and usually at least once during the week.
A delightful walk which combines the countryside with the seaside, heading to East Dean for lunch where there is a choice of two cafes or a pub and returning via the remaining seven sisters.
Expect to finish mid to late afternoon for a paddle swim or fish and chips on the beach.
There are exit points after lunch where necessary.
