Overview

Starting from Rogerstone, we head east to join the Crumlin canal and head towards Twmbarlwm. We then drop down past Pant yr Eos reservoir and cross fields to reach Coed y Twrch woods and hopefully we should be rewarded with a view of a host of Bluebells. We then turn to Henllys Vale and head south across rolling fields to return to the start.
