Overview

Stage 1 of the West Anglian Way - a long distance walk from London to Cambridge. River walking, starting at Limehouse Basin, then along Limehouse Cut to Three Mills, and on to the River Lea via Hackney to Tottenham Hale. Views of the Olympic Park and Walthamstow Marshes. Breaks for coffee/toilets at E5 cafe (1mile) and for lunch at the View Tube Cafe and/or picnic (5miles). Level walking on good paths. Possible drop outs at Pudding Mill Lane DLR station (5miles) or Hackney Wick Mildmay station (7 miles).
