Overview

From the car park follow  the path by the side of the B1264 in the direction of Worsall.  On reaching Saltergill Lane walk south along the lane to join a minor road which is followed south west until a junction with a footpath is reached at GR NZ401088.  Take the footpath and head north west across fields to The Ship Inn at Worsall. From the inn walk west, north, east and south to  circumnavigate Worsall Village.  At GR NZ 396099 join the footpath heading north east across fields to Yarm.  Follow the B1265 (Worsall Rd) then turn south along the Meadowings and Davenport Rd to the railway station.  Map OS Explorer 304. There are some muddy and wet areas but they are easily passed. Assistance dogs only.
