To help with planning, please could you book your place, using the email link. All paid-up members of NELR are eligible to participate. Nearer the time, meeting papers will be put in the Library section of this website and they will be circulated to the Google Group.
If you want to place an item on the agenda, please notify Annette and, if appropriate, send a brief supporting paper, outlining the current position and the proposal, then set out the pros and cons of the proposal. Items for the agenda and supporting papers should be sent to Annette by close on Friday 31 October at the latest.
Where possible, please bring meeting papers downloaded onto your laptops or tablets, to save paper. A few hard copies will be available on the night. Light refreshments are available at the meeting.
Quaker Social Action, 17 Old Ford Road, London E2 9PJ. Leave Bethnal Green Tube Station and take the right hand exit, signposted for the Young V&A and York Hall. Walk past the gardens and the museum, then you will see York Hall Leisure Centre at the junction of Old Ford Road. Cross the road junction and turn right, to go past the main entrance to York Hall. Just after York Hall turn into a gateway marked "15 & 17". Climb the steps to the front door and, on the left of the door is a keypad. For the meeting room buzz the following keys: *4* (star sign, then 4, then star sign).
