Overview

We will meet at Penrith rugby club and leave there at 9:15am

We will be starting the walk from Appleby swimming pool car park at 10am opposite the medical centre.

A leisurely walk from Appleby to Flakebridge and back.

A varied walk includes town, riverside,woodland, views of the North Pennines

Hope to see snowdrops in Flakebridge woods,

Some road walking on quiet lanes.
