Ros Lomas
We leave Neston towards the hamlet of Wadswick walking along the ridge and then over fields to Chapel Plaister. The walk is along quiet lanes and footpaths and is mostly flat with a few stiles.
I have permission for the group to visit Chapel Plaister which is only open to the public occasionally. It is on the brow of a hill on the very fast B3109 and great care must taken as we have to walk along the verge to get into the chapel.
After our visit we cross the main road to walk the footpaths towards Hazelbury Manor and Box woods. The return walk to Neston is along footpaths and quiet lanes.
You may like to bring some cash for a donation towards the maintenance of the chapel and a mid morning snack.
