A pleasant stroll from Nunnington along the banks of the R.Rye to the picture postcard village of Harome .Returning intially along the banks of the R. Riccal then pastureland.
The route follows part of the Rye Nature Trail - bring binoculars.

It is likely that by the day of the walk, cattle will have been turned out in a couple of fields at Crook House Farm.
Post walk refreshments at The Old Barn Coffeeshop, Nunnington which is currently under change of ownership & refurbishment. Alternatively, Nunnington Hall Tearoom.
