Overview

In the morning, the walk explores the legacy of the Olympics through the buildings and gardens of the Olympic Park. Lunch will be near Stratford (picnic or café). In the afternoon the walk explores the Bow Back rivers, with views of East London’s heritage. It includes Three Mills Island, where there is the world’s largest tidal mill (Grade 1 listed), and follows the River Lea to Cody’s Dock. The walk follows the first part of the Art Line, a contemporary art/sculptures walk.
