A walk from Newport station through undulating Essex countryside to the Audley End House and Gardens where we’ll break for a generous 2 hours to give everyone time explore the impressive stately house, formal gardens and extensive grounds. Hopefully, the peonies and early roses will be in bloom. From Audley End House, we have a 45 minute walk to the station to finish.
Audley End House is free for Art Pass and English Heritage members, else Adults cost £25, over 65’s £23 (excl. possible discount for walking there).
