A moderately paced walk in a beautiful area of the North Downs. The sometimes hilly route follows the North Downs Way for much of the day. It includes a contrasting mix of open views, woodland, many vineyards, and wooded ridges where hopefully we will catch swathes of bluebells and wild flowers along the paths at this time of the year. Some pretty villages and in the latter part of the walk, the historic town of Cobham with its fascinating church and pub mentioned in Dickens' Pickwick Papers.
Undulating terrain with a few climbs where walking poles might help if you regularly use them.
Some stiles, mostly well maintained.
Could be muddy in places.
