This beautiful walk through the Chilterns includes Combe Hill which is the highest point on the Chilterns and some spectacular views on clear days. The walk also passes close to Chequers which is the Prime Ministers weekend retreat. We also pass through some delightful Chiltern landscapes which include wooded valleys. The walk includes the villages of Ellesborough and Great Kimble.
Train:
The 9:27 train from London Marylebone arrives at Wendover Station at 10:16. There are frequent trains returning from Wendover Station to London Marylebone in the afternoon.
