A walk along the Hertfordshire Way through rolling rural countryside in the green belt around London. We cross Watling Street, the Roman Road from Dover to Birmingham.
Train:
The 10.03 train from London St Pancras arrives at Radlett at 10.31 and is a direct service - no need to change train. There are frequent Thames Link trains leaving Radlett at the end of the walk back to London and the SE.
Lunch:
Lunch will be in Shenley Park near the Cafe area. The cafe is open for hot and cold drinks as well as snacks. Picnic areas are in the park.
Toilets:
Toilets are available at Radlett Station for the start and end of the walk and also at Shenley Park for lunch time.
Meet outside the ticket office to Radlett Railway Station.
