We are the Cleveland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
From Shaw End Fm we leave the moor edge and use field paths W and N to Furnace Fm.
We then pass Head House and climb gradually up the Heads to South End, the highest point with vast views over the Fryup dales.
After a break at Fryup Gill Cycle Hub (refreshments and toilets), the route continues along quiet roads and field paths past Fryup Village Hall and Hilltop Fm back to the car park.
On the recce there was one field with a few quiet cows and another with two horses.

There is a large car park just above Shaw End Farm. The toilets and refreshments are available at our short break time about half way through the walk.
