From Mincinglake Valley Park lower car park we will make our way up the valley park and exit onto Mile Lane to continue up to Stoke Hill road. A short distance downhill to pick up the Bridleway to go through Lower Rollestone and then join the Exeter Green Circle. Downhill parallel to Stoke Valley Road to re cross Stoke Hill road by the Sylvania Community Centre to return into the Valley Park and to the car park. Start and finish is close to bus stops where buses run to and from City centre. Route can be muddy in places.
