Overview

Section 3 of our North South Trail encompasses some of North London’s most iconic green spaces. We walk through Hyde Park, Green Park and St James's Park, passing the Serpentine, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and along the south bank of the River Thames to Battersea Power Station.

Train: Baker Street Underground. Multiple tube lines: Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Jubilee and Metropolitan. Meet outside on Marylebone Road by the statute of Sherlock Holmes. Return from Battersea Power Station (Northern Line)

Lunch: At the end of the walk-plenty of places to eat. Bring a snack for mini break on the walk.

Toilet: Along the way in the parks, otherwise limited.
