Overview

Using the ramblers favourite word, an undulating walk in central East Sussex. A mixture of minor roads and rights of way. Over the whole day we use bits of the Vanguard and Wealdway and some unnamed footpaths too. In the afternoon we head due east to the town of Uckfield.

Train: London Bridge 0907 East Croydon 0922 (Uckfield train). Buy return to Uckfield.

Lunch: Picnic lunch and then a pub drink in the village of Blackboys.
