This linear walk goes from Tunbridge Wells to Tonbridge via Tudeley Church. This modest little church has wonderful stained-glass windows, all twelve of which were decorated by the painter Marc Chagall.
There are quite a few tarmac paths & some road walking. Gradients are gentle but there are muddy patches.
We will aim to have lunch at Tudeley Church, but this depends on the pace of the group. Bring a picnic. There are no refreshments en route.
Travel: Take the 9.24 train from London Bridge, arriving at Tunbridge Wells at 10.15.
Check train times on the day as timetables can change.
The finishing time is an estimate only and will be dependent on a number of factors, such as weather, the speed at which the group walks, the time spent at Tudeley Church and number of stops we take.
No booking required.
