A walk through parks, gardens, woods and Addington Hills, with views of London, and several climbs to reach them.
Train: 10.07 from London Victoria, Clapham Junction 10.14, arr E Croydon 10.25. There are also regular trains to East Croydon from London Blackfriars and London Bridge stations. Meet at the main exit from the station. At the end of the walk, trams from New Addington run to East Croydon.
Lunch: Bring picnic lunch, though there will be a stop for coffee at a cafe before lunch.
Toilet: at East Croydon station on the platform, and at the coffee stop.
