Overview

A brisk and hopefully exhilarating walk (2.5 to 3 miles/hour in preparation for The Mighty Hike the following week. Taking in Eastbourne promenade, Beachy Head, those Seven Sisters and Cuckemere Haven. This is apparently the best walk in the South East.

Lots of ups and downs with very few flat bits. Plenty of fresh air and a rewarding finish in Seaford with all the seaside fare.

Please bring a packed lunch
