A linear hike from Hayes (Kent) to Petts Wood via New Addington, Biggin Hill, Leaves Green, Downe, Farnborough and Crofton.
There are outstanding views along this trail which combines established routes and local paths through fields and woodland. Some paths, are paved and there is some road walking principally at the beginning and towards the end of the walk. We will be walking at a brisk pace.
The proposed lunch stop is at Downe. Please bring a packed lunch.
Exit points - Bigging Hill, Downe and Farnborough.

Travel: Take the 10:18 train from London Charing Cross (London Bridge 10:27; Lewisham 10:37; Catford Bridge 10:43; Elmers End 10:54), arrives Hayes 11:04.
Use oyster/contactless.
Both stations are in the freedom pass zone.
The finishing time is an estimate only and will be dependent on a number of factors such as, weather, the speed at which the group walks and the number of breaks taken.
