Overview

Long Lane, Luckwell Bridge, Wheddon Cross, River Anvil Valley and the Snowdrops, Coleridge Way, and return. There are a couple of moderate climbs.
If it is a glorious early spring day, at the end of the walk there will be the option to visit the summit of Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor, with extensive views, and the ascent and descent would add just over a mile to the walk, so 8.5 miles.
