Overview

Capital Walkers have been asked to requested to supply volunteer stewards for this event in Central London on 9th May.

Volunteers are needed for between 3 and 8 hours, depending on their designated position along the route. Not all positions start at 6.00am. This is when the first steward positions near the beginning of Trek 26 start with subsequent positions starting sequentially after this. You will be able to choose your preferred steward posts and although there are no absolute guarantees that you will be given your first choice we will do our best to accommodate you.

Capital Walkers will receive a donation of £50.00 per volunteer and this is a great way for members to contribute to our group.

This initiative aligns with the Ramblers strategy aimed at enhancing and advocating for walking.

If you are interested in being a volunteer steward please email Carol at Trek26@capitalwalkers.org.uk
