Stating at Paddington station we join the Paddington Arm of the Regent's canal and continue through Little Venice. We continue westwards along a pretty section of the canal with large mansions. We leave the canal to walk up Primrose Hill for the views and then back, across the canal for a stroll around Regent's park.
We will stop for lunch in Regent's park, where there is seating, please bring a packed lunch. After lunch we pass Camden Lock, rejoining the Grand Union canal to pass Camley Street nature reserve and Granary Wharf. The walk ends at Angel where there are lots of cafe's, pubs and restaurants.

Travel
Paddington (Bakerloo, District, Circle & Elizabeth lines) and Angel (Northern line) stations are in Zone one.
Meet at the canal side exit to Paddington station by the underground sign (see photo) when leaving the station follow the signs for "Grand Union Canal Way Out" . The walk will start at 11 am, the estimated finish time is 3 pm.
The finishing time is an estimate only and will be dependent on a number of factors, such as, weather, the speed at which the group walks and the number of breaks taken.
