A chance to stretch your legs and your imagination on a circular walk from Tower Hill to London Bridge, via Greenwich, taking in the river and lots of the old London docks. Your legs will be stretched by a brisk walk, but we will stop frequently to take in our surroundings. Please bring a SKETCHBOOK and join the walk leader in some short sketching sessions (no need to worry as you do not need experience or talent, just enthusiasm to look.) Bring lunch with you or pick something up at Canary Wharf. There are lots of drop out points and if we are all having fun sketching we may end the walk early as there are lots of public transport options en route.
Bring whatever you want to sketch or draw with. It can be as simple as a biro and notebook, crayons or pencils, etc. Sketching sessions are unlikely to exceed 10 minutes each.
There will be public toilets at Canary Wharf.
The finishing time is an estimate and depends on how the day pans out.
No need to book, or call, just turn up.
Suitable for trainers as all of the route is paved.
